Please read our Terms and Conditions (“the Terms”) carefully before purchasing any services. By signing our terms and condition you are confirming that you have read the Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms together with the items listed in paragraph two, below, constitute a contract between you (the Student or Participant) and us (Reform Pilates & Physio).
 

Introduction
All classes, courses and workshops (collectively referred to as “Classes” for the purposes of these Terms) provided at our premises or by us
Reform Pilates & Physio, (whose registered office is 8-3, 2, Rio Office Park, Persiaran Rio, Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia  and whose company number is 1531239-M), subject to the following express Terms. In these Terms “we”/”us”/”our” means Reform Pilates & Physio And “you”/”your”/”yours” means you, the student or participant.

Reform Pilates & Physio – General Terms & Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions apply to any Reform Pilates & Physio’s pass / membership and, where applicable, to the Reform Pilates & Physio Regular Pass, Unlimited Pass and Private Classes at Reform Pilates & Physio as well as to all Retreats, (Pre-) Teacher Trainings and Workshops.

By participating in a class of Reform Pilates & Physio, the Student agrees to the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions. Reform Pilates & Physio may from time to time amend these General Terms and Conditions. The most recent version of the Terms and Conditions is always the version that is applicable and is always available at the Website. Reform Pilates & Physio will announce any amendments to the General Terms and Conditions in advance by e-mail.

 

1. Schedule

  • The current schedule is mentioned on the Website. Reform Pilates & Physio reserves the right to change the schedule at any time. If possible, any changes are announced in advance by mentioning them on the Website or by email.

  • Reform Pilates & Physio reserves the right to cancel a class that has been scheduled or to change the teacher mentioned in the schedule in the event of force majeure, including illness of the teacher. In this case there will be no refund of any Pass/Membership fee.

  • Reform Pilates & Physio is nearly always open and does not open on public holidays. Reform Pilates & Physio also reserves the right to close its doors on other days.

 

2. Booking & Cancellations

  • Class bookings are to be made on http://reform.punchpass.com

  • To book into a class you must have an active package in your account.

  • Class cancellations are to be made on http://reform.punchpass.com, up to 12 hours before the class start time without incurring a fee / class credit forfeiture.

  • Students on unlimited passes who book into a class and fail to attend will be charged a RM30 no show fee.

  • Students on regular passes who book into a class but fail to attend will forfeit their class credit.

3. Liability

  • Attending classes, Workshops, Retreats and leaving belongings in the changing rooms and lockers are at the Student’s own risk. Reform Pilates & Physio accepts no liability whatsoever for physical injury, loss or damage relating to a Student’s attending classes, Workshops or Retreats and leaving belongings in the changing rooms or lockers at Reform Pilates & Physio.

  • Reform Pilates & Physio works exclusively with certified teachers and always ensures high-quality classes. Even so, a Student always runs the risk of receiving an injury during a class. By participating in a class at Reform Pilates & Physio, the Student accepts this risk of an injury. Reform Pilates & Physio provides the following guidelines for reducing the risk of an injury:

    • Always consult a doctor before starting classes if you are not sure that you are completely healthy or if you are pregnant.

    • If you have an injury or any other physical inconvenience, always inform your teacher about this before starting the class.

    • Listen to and follow the instructions of the relevant teacher.

    • Perform the exercises carefully and bear your physical limitations in mind.

    • Do not perform any exercises that are painful.

    • Ask questions if you do not understand an exercise.

    • Avoid inverted poses during menstruation.

  • Although we strive to only provide correct information on our website, we are not liable for any inaccuracy and no rights can be derived therefrom.

 

4. Personal Data

  • Reform Pilates & Physio collects personal data of the Students and Participants to update its membership records, to execute payment orders and for administration and information purposes. Reform Pilates & Physio handles this collection of personal data with due care.

  • Reform Pilates & Physio uses the personal data referred to inform the Students and Participants about activities of Reform Pilates & Physio and any changes in the schedule, for example. If the Student or Participant does not want to receive communications from Reform Pilates & Physio, he or she may communicate this to Reform Pilates & Physio by sending an e-mail to hello@reformstudio.com.my. The Student or Participant is aware (s)he cannot use all online services and products of Reform Pilates & Physio in that case.

  • Reform Pilates & Physio never gives any personal data of the Students or Participants to third parties without their prior written consent.

 

5. Code of Conduct

  • Students shall adhere to Reform Pilates & Physio’s code of conduct at all times:

    • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class. Reform Pilates & Physio reserves the right to refuse entry for late arrivals and forfeit the class credit or charge a missed class fee for Unlimited Passes..

    • Please ensure you are clean and fresh when you attend the class. The use of unscented deodorant is highly appreciated. In view of potential allergies of other Students, everyone is asked not to wear any perfume, aromatherapy oils or other scented products, and not to use any spray deodorant in the changing rooms.

    • Wear clean workout clothes in classes, in which you can move easily.

    • Reform Pilates & Physio advises not to eat later than two hours before the start of a class and, in any case, not to participate in the exercise on a full stomach.

    • Please do not wear shoes in the studio.

    • Reform Pilates & Physio makes limited yoga mats available for use during yoga classes at a rental fee of RM10 per mat per use. After classes, a yoga mat must always be cleaned and put away by the Student who has used it.

    • Reform Pilates & Physio provides Aerial hammocks with a rental fee of RM10 per use per class. Students are encouraged to bring their own hammocks if they have one.

    • The physical and mental integrity of Students must always be respected. Sexual behaviour or sexually suggestive behaviour is not tolerated by Reform Pilates & Physio.

    • No personal belongings in the Yoga and Reformer Pilates room other than water and towel. There are lockers made available for valuable items.

    • Mobile phones are discouraged in the Yoga and Reformer Pilates room.

  • Reform Pilates & Physio reserves the right to deny Students access to the Reform Pilates & Physio premises and to terminate the Pass and/or Membership of the relevant Student without a refund of any membership fee paid already.

 

6. Payment and Price Changes

  • All classes organized by Reform Pilates & Physio must be paid for before they are held.

  • Reform Pilates & Physio reserves the right to change the prices. Any changes are announced in advance by putting up posters on the premises of Reform Pilates & Physio, by placing statements on the Website, and/or by email. The currently applicable rates are always mentioned on the Website.

  • Before a class the Student must check-in with the teacher to mark their attendance.

  • All purchases are final. Reform Pilates & Physio does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, user error, illness, change of address or any other reason.

  • Passes and memberships cannot be shared, unless specified.

  • In the event that circumstances beyond our control require the termination of a student's subscription, we reserve the right to do so and will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of the subscription.

Regular Yoga (inclusive of Mat Yoga and Aerial Yoga) and Reformer Pilates Pass - Terms & Conditions

  1. The Regular Yoga and Reformer Pilates Pass entitles the member to a fixed amount of classes during the term of the Pass. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass. Please refer to receipt for the term of the Pass you've opt for.

  2. A single pass is only limited to one person.

  3. Intro pass is only limited to one-time purchase per person.

  4. The 4 classes pass for:-

    1. Mat Yoga is valid for 5 weeks as stated on purchase. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass. The 4 classes must therefore be attended within 5 weeks of the date of activation.

    2. Reformer Pilates is valid for 1 month as stated on purchase. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass. The 4 classes must therefore be attended within 1 month of the date of activation.

  5. The 12 classes regular pass is valid for three months as stated on purchase. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass. The 12 classes must therefore be attended within three months of the date of activation.

  6. The 24 classes regular pass is valid for six months as stated on purchase. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass. The 24 classes must therefore be attended within six months of the date of activation.

  7. The 48 classes regular pass is valid for twelve months as stated on purchase. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass. The 48 classes must therefore be attended within twelve months of the date of activation.

  8. These passes allow you to attend any of the respective scheduled class types but excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events.

  9. The pass is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. 

  10. In the event that circumstances beyond our control require the termination of a student's pass, we reserve the right to do so and will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of the subscription.

 

Unlimited Yoga (inclusive of Mat Yoga and Aerial Yoga) and Reformer Pilates Pass - Terms & Conditions

  1. The Unlimited Pass entitles the member to an unlimited number of classes for its respective class type during the term of the Pass. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass. Please refer to receipt for the term of the Pass you've opt for.

  2. These passes allow you to attend any of the respective scheduled class types but excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events.

  3. The pass is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

  4. In the event that circumstances beyond our control require the termination of a student's pass, we reserve the right to do so and will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of the subscription.

 

Private Pass - Terms & Conditions

  1. The Private Pass entitles the member to a fixed amount of classes for its respective class type during the term of the Pass. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass. Please refer to receipt for the term of the Pass you've opt for.

  2. The private one-to-one pass is only limited to one person.

  3. The private group pass for Yoga (inclusive of Mat Yoga and Aerial Yoga) is limited to 5 pax, while the private group pass for Reformer Pilates is limited to 6 pax.

  4. The 10-class private pass is valid for three months. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass. The 10 classes must therefore be attended within three months of the date of activation.

  5. The pass is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

  6. Class cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to the start of class. Otherwise, the class credit will be forfeited.

Promo Yoga (inclusive of Mat Yoga and Aerial Yoga) and Reformer Pilates Pass - Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promo Yoga and Reformer Pilates Pass entitles the member to a fixed amount of classes during the term of the Pass. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass. Please refer to receipt for the term of the Pass you've opt for.

Changes to this agreement

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions by updating the terms at our sole discretion. Your continued use of Reform Pilates & Physio services after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically for changes.
